Concept 7 was born in 2019 but our roots go way deeper than that. Our founder (my Grandfather), Richard Scott, started in the hair care industry in the 1960’s and that is when London House entered the professional products market with our signature product, Shampoo for Hair and Body, a neutral, pH 7.0, foaming cleanser for the entire body. This is when The Neutral Concept was born! While all others were introducing the concept of acidic shampoo to reverse the damage being done by alkaline shampoo, we remained confident that, if you stopped subjecting your hair to this alkaline damage, the hair would continue to grow in its natural intended state. We still hold true to these principles today!

We continue to introduce interestingly unique products based upon proven science. We have added hair conditioners that improve combability, add body and volume, strengthen the hair shaft and protect against the ravages of hot irons and dryers. Our conditioners utilize a patented color lock system to guard against fade of color treated hair. In all of these, we continue to honor our commitment to our Neutral Concept, pH 7.0. products.

Concept 7 offers a vast array of skin care products. We gathered an assortment of naturally derived, renewable resources ranging from exotic oils, extracts of plant leaves, stems, roots and flowers to seed, nuts and whole fruit extracts. We never use these ingredients to be trendy or to pad our ingredient statement as a marketing ploy. We use large quantities of these materials in our formulas for their beneficial properties. Examine our ingredients statements and you will find these to be at the top of the list.

We find that the highest quality creams and lotions are accomplished by the perfect marriage of nature and science. We also know it to be a scientific fact that both hair and skin are ionically charged negative. With that fact in mind, we add a material that mimics the natural moisture factor of skin and is cationic; positively charged ions. Therefore, the cream or lotion is held in contact with skin by magnetic attraction, providing the full benefit of its contents. Again, we buffer each of our products to pH 7.0, neutral. Using only the highest quality ingredients, Concept 7 Hair and Skin Care Products are formulated to be non-comedogenic with function and performance being our main focus.
